The Gatepost

Article pages let you add comments, but in the shifting and changing land of the Middle Marches we have to be ready for the new and unusual - and that's what the Gatepost is for.

Here, we will link to other pages to post messages about aspects of the strange and the inexplicable things that happen all the time in the modern world. Think of it as a collection of "Letters to the Editor" pages in a newspaper and you'll get the idea - but its also so we can pull the plug on pages when they fill up. That allows us to keep an archive, while keeping the chance to write to us with whatever you would like to say.

We'll start by putting the page links up at the top here - and this top part will gradually change to make the whole page easier to read. What you'll end up with is an introduction to the letters pages and then a small leader for each page. One snag with this is that the page will always end up with the same date showing up at the top.
